Our Care Programmes
The Right Level of Care
for Every Situation
Three distinct programmes — designed so that families can find exactly what their loved one needs today, with room to adapt as circumstances evolve.

How We Approach Care at Lumivara
Each programme at Lumivara begins with a thorough initial assessment — a conversation with the resident and family to understand health history, daily habits, social preferences, and personal priorities. From this, a care plan is shaped that reflects the person, not just the diagnosis.
Our three programmes are not separate facilities; they coexist under the same roof, cared for by the same team. This means that as needs change — whether gradually or following a health event — transitions happen within a familiar environment, with people the resident already trusts.
Programme One
Social Day Program
A daytime engagement service for seniors who continue to live at home but would benefit from structured social interaction and light supervision. The programme runs during morning and afternoon hours, offering shared meals, Thai handicraft workshops, gentle seated exercises, and guided relaxation sessions. Transport assistance to and from Lumivara is available.

Private furnished rooms, three daily meals with flexible menu choices, weekly housekeeping and laundry, and daily wellness check-ins form the core of this programme. A resident coordinator maintains open communication with families and adapts care routines as needs shift.
