Our care tiers are designed to work together. As a resident's needs evolve, we can transition them to a higher level of support without them needing to move to a new facility or form new relationships. Continuity matters greatly to us and to the people in our care.
Family connection is something we actively support. Visits are welcome during reasonable daytime hours, and we can accommodate special occasions or longer stays. We simply ask that families let us know in advance so we can ensure the visit feels comfortable and unhurried for your loved one.
Each care tier has a clear list of included services — from meals and housekeeping through to personal care assistance and activity programs. We share a full breakdown during the enquiry process so there are no surprises. Some additional specialist services may carry separate costs, and we will always discuss these in advance.
Our team communicates in Thai and English. For residents whose primary language differs, we do our best to accommodate through written materials, translation assistance, and staff who may have additional language skills. Please mention this during the enquiry and we will discuss the best approach together.
